What do we do in the School of Trainers?
We work on developing the trainer in you, as well as on your training programs.
From foundational to advanced training skills, we focus on the uniqueness and nuances of how you deliver small activities, so that you ultimately triumph by polishing your individualized method.
We also work on the strategy of designing training programs in 12 steps — because it’s not just about delivering them.

Experiential and in-person
We meet across 5 modules, totaling 100 hours.

Practice
A total of 60–70% practice.
Participants practice their training skills with fellow participants, process their learning in peer supervision groups, and refine their approach in supervision with the lead trainer.
Supervision after completing the School for Trainers can also be arranged..
What makes School for Trainers® special?
Experiential learning
A theory popularized by David Kolb in the late 1970s. His research suggests that interactive, challenging, and emotional experiences stimulate further learning.
Over 70% practice, where we immediately rehearse techniques and strategies.
Game based learning
Learning through play for adults. A method that, using game elements (points, rules, competition, rewards), has been proven to trigger initiative, creativity, and enjoyable application of what has been learned.
We will guide you through multiple levels of learning: as a trainer, as a participant, and as a peer in reflection groups.
Accelerated learning
A procedure that enables quality self-reflection and accelerated knowledge acquisition, triggering a wealth of “a-ha!” moments without the need for another person’s mediation in the process.
We learn by distinguishing facts from our interpretations and how to change them by shifting perspectives.
Who is a trainer?
A trainer is a master at transferring knowledge, skills, and motivation in a group context. They introduce change at the level of awareness or behavior.
Working with people is challenging. If you want to sharpen your communication skills, persuade effectively, create a winning team, or inspire change — it is essential to know how to summarize and convey your thoughts and ideas through workshops, trainings, seminars, presentations, lectures…
“If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough.” – A. Einstein
In School for Trainers you will learn…
Recognize, understand, and adapt to human differences
Build a relationship of trust with a group and guide them through training
Accelerate the learning process and make it enjoyable
Work with resistance in participants — and in people in general

Što polaznici kažu o Školi trenera
“A recommendation for anyone who wants to work on their public communication skills and the art of conveying knowledge convincingly. Excellence in anything means that alongside technical advice, we also receive the purely human kind — and Tihana Dragičević delivers exactly that, professionally, with relevant guest lecturers and good food. Thank you, it was fantastic.“
- “I enjoyed the diversity of topics, which reminded me of the elements I am missing as a trainer.
- I came away richer for a complete, holistic approach to different types of education. I learned how to help myself in the work I do.
- I gained new insights for those ‘what if?’ situations.
- I was given the opportunity to try out new working models I had not used before.“
„I see the School for Trainers as an excellent project — a place of good atmosphere and a room full of knowledge… knowledge that everyone needs sooner or later, both in their everyday professional and personal life.
My contribution, in the form of a motivational talk on the topic of sales and stories from my personal life, was modest but heartfelt — and I hope that at least part of what I shared will be of use to someone.“
