What makes the School of Coaches special?
Embodied approach
The mind is not only connected to the body, but the body also influences the mind. Every coaching concept is taught in three parts: an embodied approach, theory, and practice. We explore the fundamental concepts of coaching through movement. The coach’s nonverbal behavior concerns body posture, movement, voice, and breathing. Each part of the training is infused with movement activities that accelerate and facilitate learning, making it enjoyable.
Inception training
What you can expect is a training within the training. We will take you through multiple levels of learning: as a professional/coach, as an individual/coachee, as a supervisor to others. You will participate in reflection groups, supervision groups, and experience coaching sessions!
Švedski stol
You will shape your own training and unique coaching method! A range of tools, techniques, and methods will be available to you. From fundamental to modern, digital ones. Since we know that technique becomes skill only through the medium of practice, you will have the opportunity to practice the skills you choose and add them to your personal coaching method and identity.

What do we do in the School of coaches?
It is tailored as one large coaching encounter, explaining that coaching is a structure, and each additional technique from different fields enriches the coach’s palette of approaches.
It provides a psychological, philosophical, and neurobiological background and encourages the participant to always look for the question hiding behind the client’s question.

Live and online version
The live version offers 2 steps:
training (lasting 72 hours) + certification process (online, lasting 6 months)
The online version integrates training and certification. It lasts for one year.

Practice
Overall, 60-70%.
Participants practice techniques in a workgroup, try out skills with a client, and unravel their learning in an intervision group. An important part is supervision in the certification process.
It is desirable to arrange for supervision after completing the School of Coaches.
What will you learn in the School of Coaches?
To identify your own obstacles
To introduce a new perspective to a client
To work with metaphors
How to let go and relax
What does the School of Coaches look like?

What do the participants say about the School of Coaches?
“The School of Coaches is not only an education in coaching practice, but also an opportunity for self-discovery and personal development in a safe environment, with the support of experts and a supportive community. I was impressed by the educational approach that provides knowledge, personal experience, and tools for work, but avoids indoctrination and fitting into a system, instead encouraging independence and authenticity of each individual and the creation of their personal work style.”
“I gained insight into myself, made many friends, and gained a lot of knowledge at the School of Coaches. It was exactly the kind of knowledge I needed. Thank you. In the autumn of my life, I received a great gift – a new path to walk. In all my years of work – I’ve attended many workshops, educations, and seminars – I’ve never had such contact with everyone in the group as I did in the School of Coaches. I wish you and all the participants of the second, third, and so on generations to have such an experience. Keep working with your heart.”
“I received the structure of coaching that showed me what could be my coaching method and the tools that would fit me and be useful in coaching. Now I feel more confident in my work and motivated for further development. I feel like I received much more than I expected from the training, through the trainers, colleagues, and the dynamics and model of the training. I think you are very professional but also very spontaneous in your work. You set the structure of the training, but you adapted the dynamics to the group. There is warmth, humanity, and a generous desire to convey knowledge. Keep it up.”
Would you like to become an internationally accredited coach?
Do you want to become a recognized coach and professionally and smoothly engage in coaching?
Do you want to gain coaching practice and continue to improve your coaching skills?
Are you attracted to the idea of knowing how to help a client one-on-one with their problem? Embark on the EQA + EIA accreditation process and become an internationally recognized EMCC coach. This means that your name is listed on the official EMCC website as proof that you are qualified to work anywhere in the world.
You can start the accreditation process after completing the training. Together, they make up a one-year journey to your new professional niche.
The School of Coaches is a unique training because it has implemented EIA, an individual accreditation within its process, which would otherwise have to be obtained separately, as the requirements for an internationally recognized coach are: to complete an accredited training, complete a certain practice and then apply for individual accreditation. The School of Coaches offers all of this in one and at one price.
