..The School of Coaches and the certification process are accredited by EMCC – the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, which is the global umbrella coaching organization that develops, promotes, and sets standards, thus ensuring quality and networking within the coaching profession.
To be recognized by the profession and colleagues, it is necessary to have a certificate that confirms your competencies, expertise, and ethical code.

Why us?
Why choose our coaching certification?
We are accredited both in Croatia and the Netherlands. So far, we are the only accredited coaching training in Croatia! Three generations of participants from Croatia and the Netherlands have gone through our certification process.
What are the other benefits of coaching certification?
When you obtain a coach certificate, in addition to being internationally recognized and able to conduct coaching sessions, you have the opportunity to join the Elevate alumni group of former students of the School of Coaches and the School of Trainers, and use it to make new acquaintances, clients and network.
Also, all those who are certified can send their information and we will put them on our website to make it easier to find and Google, that you are certified coaches, so that we can further promote you.
How does the certification process look like?
It is a self-managed process that you manage yourself. Your task is to find 2 coachees with whom you will have 5 sessions each. The first session is a contracting session followed by 4 coaching sessions. Per client –> 1+4=5, and since there are two clients –> 2+8=10.
In addition to coaching sessions, the certification process consists of written assignments, 1 supervision, 4 intervision meetings and 2 recorded coaching sessions.

Why is it necessary to first go through the School of Coaches?
To ensure the knowledge and quality of our students; to be sure that our students comply with the standards of the EMCC ethical code; to have an understanding of what coaching is, and to ensure that all students have a shared experience.

It was fun! It was a challenge to see how much I can accomplish when I really decide to do something!
By learning, observing, and commenting on my own experiences and those of my colleagues, socializing in person and through intervision – the entire process was a joy, fun, and pleasure for me because I love learning, acquiring new experiences, knowledge, and skills, as well as socializing with people of similar interests and values.
I really enjoyed our intervision sessions. We accomplished a lot together, but also had a lot of laughs, especially when Jasmina shared her stories. It was great.
